Here we can give you an example. In a batching and weighing system, the whole batching process can be controlled automatically by PLC. For the feeding valve selected on the batching trolley, it is a pneumatic three eccentric butterfly valve, and the finer stone powder is the medium. After a period of time, it was found that the valve had internal leakage, and stone powder often leaked to the operating platform in piles. When the valve was returned to the factory for maintenance, no leakage was found. The user said that the same valve was used before, and the same medium had not occurred before. The butterfly valve supplier sent relevant technicians to the site to investigate and found that this medium is relatively thin and has certain viscosity. Even though the batching trolley is equipped with vibration taps, there are still many materials attached to the valve or tank wall. Once the pneumatic butterfly valve is closed, it will get stuck around the sealing surface, so that the valve cannot be completely closed, which is easy to cause leakage problems.
