In the experimental test, the opening of the butterfly valve is reflected by the number of pulses the motor rotates, and the opening control characteristics of the pneumatic butterfly valve are reflected by the position closed-loop control characteristics of the motor in the electric actuator. The step response characteristics of the system under the action of the single neuron PID control algorithm and the conventional PID control algorithm are compared. The experimental test results show that under the action of the single neuron PID control, The valve opening control has shorter rise time and smaller overshoot. The test results show that the mathematical model of pneumatic butterfly valve opening control is reasonable and the control algorithm is effective. The research results provide theoretical guidance for the opening control of pneumatic butterfly valves in industrial control, and have certain practical value.
