Technical Manual of High Quality Pneumatic Seal Ball Valve Key points for design and selection of rubber vibration isolation pad
Key points of design selection:
1) The vibration isolation design elements of the pump unit shall be calculated according to the pump model and specification, speed, system mass, device location, load value, frequency ratio request and other factors. The vibration isolation frequency of the pump unit should be 2-5 higher than np, and the higher value should be taken for places with high vibration isolation requirements.
2) Horizontal pumps generally use rubber vibration isolation pads. When the device is installed on the floor, it is advisable to use multi-layer series rubber vibration isolation pads or damping spring vibration isolators.
3) Rubber vibration isolator should be used for vertical water pump.
4) The supporting points of vibration isolation elements shall be even, but not less than 4. The model, specification and performance of vibration isolation elements at each supporting point of a pump unit shall be different.
Key points of construction and installation:
1) The pump vibration isolation device can be constructed according to the national building code design atlas Vertical Pump Vibration Isolation and Devices 95SS103 and Horizontal Pump Vibration Isolation and Devices 98S102.
2) The floor where the vibration isolation pad is placed shall be flat and free of ponding to prevent contact with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances. It is directly placed on the floor without fixing.
3) Before installation, check in time. During installation, make sure that the static shrinkage deformation of the vibration isolation element does not exceed the maximum allowable value. 4) If the vibration isolation pad is seriously damaged or exceeds the aging time, it shall be replaced in time.
3. How are measurements classified? What are the characteristics? Measurement credits are divided into scientific measurement, engineering measurement and legal measurement, which respectively represent the basic aspects, application aspects and public welfare aspects of measurement. Measurement is characterized by accuracy, consistency, traceability and legislation.
