1 Put forward the question that the thermal insulation pneumatic ball valve in the current technical field, also known as jacketed pneumatic ball valve, is welded with a metal jacket on the basis of the pneumatic ball valve. The jacket and the valve body form a thermal insulation channel, in which steam or other thermal insulation media are injected to ensure that the media in the valve can work normally. The thermal insulation pneumatic ball valve has good thermal insulation characteristics, and the valve diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter, while effectively reducing the medium heat loss in the pipeline. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food and other systems to transport high viscosity media that will solidify at normal temperature.
The floating pneumatic ball valve has simple structure and good sealing performance, but the load of the working medium borne by the ball is all transferred to the outlet seal ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the seal ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. This structure is widely used for medium and low pressure ball valves.
