What should be paid attention to when installing metal bellows
Every device has its own precautions, so what are the precautions for installing metal bellows.
1. The compensator is a special pipeline element, and the device is complex and demanding. It needs to calculate the pipeline thrust and the force on the injection fixed support, so it cannot be installed without authorization, or else it will cause an accident. Therefore, the device must have the pipeline construction drawing and detailed configuration of the pipeline support provided by the professional design department, and refer to the compensator device specification to request to stop.
2. Compensator with flow direction request shall be stopped according to the request of medium flow direction arrow.
3. In order to keep the bellows in good working condition, the compensator deformation, including axial, transverse, and change, cannot be used to adjust the pipe system position device error.
4. Before the device, the foreign matters in the bellows and pipes should be cleared to ensure the normal movement of the bellows.
5. When purchasing, do not rely only on the model or code, but provide data to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will design and consume the data to ensure the service life or quality.
6. The bellows used for the compensator is formed with thin-walled stainless steel plate, so during transportation, lifting and welding, care should be taken not to damage the bellows due to knocking, scratching, arc striking, welding spatter and other reasons.
7. Before the system operation, the ordinary manufacturer of the small tie rod does not propose to remove it, but after the end of the pressurization, loosen the inner nut according to the compensation amount.
8. The pipeline for installing the metal corrugated compensator must be properly guided and fixed to make the compensator work, so the setting of the guide and fixed support must be strictly in accordance with the relevant technical materials of the design department.
