How does the damping spring shock absorber dampen the starter?
1. The vibration of the starter has six degrees of freedom, including front and rear, left and right, up and down, yaw, pitch and roll (displacement along the X, Y, z direction and rotation around the three axes). The elastic support layout should consider six degrees of freedom. When the elastic support (damping pad) is arranged, the direction of the interference force, the center of gravity of the equipment and the geometric dimensions of the elastic support layout should be considered. When the disturbing force passes through the center of gravity of the equipment and the direction is vertical, it is only necessary to arrange the elastic support (damping pad) symmetrically according to the center of gravity, so that the elastic support arrangement bears equal forces. When the interference force frequency is greater than the natural frequency of the vibration isolation system composed of equipment and elastic support arrangement, the environment around the equipment will achieve good vibration isolation effect.
When the mass of the supported object is unevenly distributed and the elastic support arrangement cannot be symmetrically distributed according to the center of gravity, the same type of damping pad with different stiffness can be used to make the damping pad close to the center of gravity have greater stiffness and the damping pad far away from the center of gravity have smaller stiffness, so that the resultant force generated by each damping pad is different from the center of gravity of the supported object.
2. The stability of the damping pad of the starter and transmission assembly is also an important element in selecting the damping pad design plan. The basis for ensuring system stability is that the minimum natural frequency of the system vibration mode is less than a certain frequency value.
3. In order to ensure that the damping pad has sufficient static load capacity to meet the requirements of the power transmission system of the loader for its service life, it is necessary to ensure its rated static load capacity while selecting the appropriate stiffness of the damping pad.
