Rubber shock absorber in shock absorber classification
It is said that shock absorbers are generally classified into rubber shock absorbers and spring shock absorbers. In fact, this is not the case. It is just like a beginner's explanation. In fact, there are many ways to classify shock absorbers, one of which is based on whether the parts where the shock absorbers are located can rotate. In this way, shock absorbers can be classified into fixed shock absorbers and rotary shock absorbers.
1. Fixed vibration damping refers to taking vibration damping measures for fixed parts, such as base shock absorber;
2. Rotating vibration damping refers to taking vibration damping measures on rotating bodies, such as rotor vibration damper, bearing vibration damper, etc.
Their applications are:
1. Fixed vibration damping mainly refers to base vibration damping, which is widely used;
2. Rubber shock absorbers, spring shock absorbers, fluid shock absorbers, etc. can be used for base vibration reduction. Different shock absorbers are used according to different conditions. Rubber shock absorbers are commonly used. Rubber is an ideal damping material and has damping effect on vibration. Rubber has great linear toughness, can be stretched to break without losing its elasticity, and can accept alternating stress without fatigue. Rubber, like water, can hardly be compressed. It only produces elastic deformation after being pressed, but its volume remains unchanged.
When the temperature is lower than a certain degree, the elasticity of the rubber will be significantly reduced, so the rubber shock absorber should not work in severe cold conditions; At the same time, rubber is not resistant to high temperature, and its working temperature should not exceed 250 ℃. The compressive strength of rubber is much greater than the tensile strength. The stretching length of rubber is usually several times larger than the tightening interval. When rubber is stretched or compressed, its natural vibration frequency is not the same. According to the complexity of its structure, rubber shock absorber can be divided into two types: cumbersome rubber shock absorber and combined rubber shock absorber.
1. Trivial rubber shock absorber has a single construction cylinder, and usually only one piece of damping rubber is used in places with light load and less intense vibration;
2. The combined rubber shock absorber is composed of several pieces of damping rubber. It is usually used in places with heavy load and great vibration or severe requirements.

 Pneumatic ball valve butterfly valve

4. Classified by drive mode (1) Automatic valve refers to the valve that does not need external force to drive, but relies on the energy of the medium itself to make the valve act. Such as safety valve, pressure reducing valve, drain valve, check valve, automatic control valve, etc. (2) Power driven valve: power driven valve can be driven by various power sources. Pneumatic valve: a valve driven by electricity. Pneumatic valve: a valve driven by compressed air. Hydraulic valve: a valve driven by liquid pressure such as oil. In addition, there are combinations of the above driving modes, such as pneumatic pneumatic valves.
