1、 Welding quality
Corrugated pipe, reinforcing ring and steel wire mesh sleeve are prone to show the phenomenon of faulty welding of steel wire (over burning or not welded) during welding. When the hose is installed in the pipeline, due to uneven stress on the steel wire, under the effect of medium pressure, the faulty welding steel wire will pull off, which may lead to the destruction of corrugated pipe bulge.
The defects of the longitudinal weld of the corrugated pipe in the stainless steel pneumatic butterfly valve, such as faulty welding, porosity, dendrite porosity, etc., reduce the effective area of the corrugated pipe wall thickness, and the insufficient strength leads to the cracking and destruction of the weld. The welding of carbon steel data and stainless steel parts constitutes an adverse environment for typical small area of anodic parts and large area of cathodic parts, which is prone to rapid corrosion failure of data. Therefore, the discussion of welding process and selection of welding materials should be strengthened, and the welding quality inspection should be strengthened to improve the reliability of products.
2、 Machining

3、 Heat treatment
The main functions of heat treatment are: improving the cutting performance and machining accuracy of metal materials; Improving fracture toughness of metal materials; Reduce the cracking of metal materials. If the heat treatment is incomplete, the output and quality will be affected. For example, the solution heat treatment temperature of austenitic stainless steel is about 1080 ℃. If the solution treatment is incomplete, the carbide cannot be fully solution, and the data itself has carbide precipitation, the corrosion resistance and toughness of the data will be reduced.
In order to reduce the defects caused by heat treatment, it is necessary to eliminate the conditions for crack generation, improve the external compressive stress, improve the quality of metal materials and properly add alloying elements.
