When selecting pneumatic butterfly valves for equipment, the model and quantity shall be confirmed first. It is necessary to ensure that the dynamic load of the equipment can be accepted and the vibration transmission coefficient (ratio of transmission force to interference force) is small. When applying pneumatic butterfly valves, the following factors shall be considered:
1. Be able to provide the required quantity;
2. Be able to accept the load of rules;
3. Able to accept changes in temperature and other environmental conditions (temperature, corrosive fluid, etc.);
4. It has certain shock absorption characteristics;
5. Meet the requirements of equipment using pneumatic butterfly valves on the amount and volume of shock absorption.
2. It is recommended to use special flange for butterfly valve, namely HGJ54-91 socket welding steel flange, for the installation of pneumatic butterfly valve.
3. The pneumatic butterfly valve is installed in the pipeline. The preferred position is vertical installation, but it cannot be inverted.
4. The pneumatic butterfly valve needs to adjust the flow in use and is controlled by a pneumatic actuator.
5. For manual butterfly valves with many times of opening and closing, open the worm gear case cover in about two months, check whether the grease is normal, and keep a proper amount of grease.
6. Check the connection parts to ensure the tightness of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve rod.
7. The metal sealed pneumatic butterfly valve is not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, it needs to be equipped with outlet flange to prevent the seal ring from overstocking and over positioning.
8. The valve rod installation and use reaction shall be regularly checked for the valve use effect, and any fault found shall be eliminated in time.
