4 Material mechanical property test
4.1 Test material The material used for the test, that is, the composite thick plate, is made of continuous glass fiber reinforced vinyl resin. The fiber structure and molding process are consistent with the continuous fiber reinforced structure and molding process conditions used for the production of the new FRP pneumatic ball valve, and the fiber content is also the same. In order to facilitate the test to determine the properties of composite materials under out of plane (interlaminar) loading conditions, the thickness of raw material plate is 60mm.
4.2 During the test, according to the size of the test sample required by the standard, a group of 5 samples were made. Fix the sample on the CSS electronic universal testing machine and work together with the load sensor, controller, power amplifier and computer. Cut 5 samples along the in-plane and out of plane directions, 10 samples in total. The test was conducted at 25 ℃, and each group of tests was repeated five times.

Manufacturing process:
1. Mix the inner layer rubber, middle layer rubber and outer layer rubber with a mixer according to the formula; Extrude the inner oil pipe with an extruder and wrap it on the soft core or hard core coated with mold release agent (the pipe core can also be omitted for liquid nitrogen freezing method).

4. Wrap the outer layer of rubber on the extruder again, and then wrap the lead or cloth curing maintenance layer.
5. Vulcanized by vulcanizing tank or salt bath.
6. Finally, remove the curing maintenance layer, pull out the pipe core, buckle the pipe joint, and conduct sampling and pressure inspection.
