Rubber pneumatic butterfly valve air conditioning unit damper water pump damper
According to whether the shock absorber can rotate or not, the shock absorption can be divided into fixed shock absorption and rotary shock absorption. Fixed vibration damping refers to taking vibration damping measures for fixed parts, such as base shock absorber; Rotating vibration damping refers to taking vibration damping measures on rotating bodies, such as rotor vibration damper, bearing vibration damper, etc. Fixed vibration reduction mainly refers to base vibration reduction, which is widely used. Rubber shock absorbers, spring shock absorbers, fluid shock absorbers, etc. can be used for base vibration reduction. Different shock absorbers are used according to different conditions. Rubber shock absorbers are commonly used.
Rubber is an ideal damping material and has damping effect on vibration. Rubber has great linear flexibility, can be stretched to break without losing its elasticity, and can accept alternating stress without fatigue. Rubber, like water, can hardly be compressed. It only produces elastic deformation after being pressed, but its volume remains unchanged. When the temperature is below - 30 ℃, the elasticity of rubber will be significantly reduced, so the rubber shock absorber should not work in severe cold conditions; At the same time, rubber is not resistant to high temperature, and its working temperature should not exceed 75-80 degrees. The compressive strength of rubber is much greater than the tensile strength.
The stretching length of rubber is generally about 6 times larger than the tightening interval. When rubber is stretched or compressed, its natural vibration frequency is not the same.

How to select the adhesive correctly in the joint of pneumatic butterfly valve
Adhesives have special functions and are widely used in pneumatic butterfly valve joints. There are more than 10000 adhesives suitable for different purposes in the world. How to select suitable adhesives for pneumatic butterfly valve joints requires comprehensive consideration of the following four elements.
1. Dielectric resistance
Air, water, oil, acid, etc. are collectively referred to as individual substances. Most adhesives in Shanghai have the best resistance to air medium, and the adhesive strength of the bonded parts in air is the highest. However, the adhesive force in different gas or annotation medium is quite different, so that the main materials connecting with the working process are air, water, oil and acid. When applying adhesive, the adhesive resistant to the applied medium shall be selected.
2. Temperature resistance
It refers to the temperature range that can be borne by the well cured adhesive layer. For example, a certain temperature resistance of - 60oC - 120oC means that the adhesive can be applied within the range of - 60oC to 120oC. If this limit is exceeded, the adhesive force will drop significantly. The temperature of the body of the air-cooled starter in construction machinery can reach 130oC. The temperature of the hydraulic oil can reach 120oC, and the Shanghai private detective must select the adhesive within the temperature range that the adhesive can withstand.
3. Bonding strength
The destructive force of every 1cm2 bonding surface at room temperature and in air medium is called bonding strength, expressed in MPa. The adhesive strength is divided into tensile strength and shear strength, and the shear strength and peel strength length are changed. The private detective refers to the destructive strength of the adhesive in different stress directions. The adhesive shall be selected according to the position and stress of mechanical parts.
4. Curing time
Curing time refers to the time required for the adhesive to transform into solid adhesive at room temperature. The curing time can be divided into initial curing (or fixed) time and total curing time. Initial consolidation refers to the time required for the adhesive layer to bear the adhesive parts without falling due to its own weight; Full consolidation refers to the time required for the adhesive layer to be well cured and reach the highest flash strength and the best medium resistance. Adhesives can be divided into quick drying adhesive (or quick drying adhesive) and slow drying adhesive according to the initial setting time. The initial setting time of instant adhesive is only a few seconds or tens of seconds. If the magnetic pump needs to shorten the curing time of slow drying adhesive, it can be heated by thermal blowing, oven baking and other measures, but the heating temperature and time shall be determined according to different types of adhesive. Select quick drying or slow drying glue, and the gate valve is determined according to the different conditions and working requirements of the bonding parts. Generally speaking, the adhesive strength and dielectric resistance of slow drying adhesive are better than those of instant drying adhesive.
The above points are the basic criteria for selecting adhesives in pneumatic butterfly valve joints. Only the correct selection of adhesives can achieve the desired effect, restore the operational performance of pneumatic butterfly valves, thus improving the utilization rate of metal pipe joints and improving economic benefits.
