1、 First, check whether the accessories can be connected closely, whether the pointer of the pressure gauge can point to the zero position, and whether the oscillation after inflation can be normal. If the pointer of the pressure gauge is found to have abnormal oscillation, replace the pressure gauge in time. After the accessories are connected with each other, first stop inflation in the open state, and the experimental inflation pressure cannot exceed 0.01 mpa, Use soapy water to check whether the connecting fittings can leak.
2、 Before use, check the basic conditions in the pipeline. For new pipelines, check whether the inner wall of the pipeline can be smooth and lubricated, whether there is sludge, whether there are precipitated protrusions in the sludge, whether there are cement slag, glass slag, sharp solids, etc. for old pipelines. Unclean pipeline liquidation will cause plugging effect to fall, resulting in partial water leakage, Especially when it is used for cast iron pipes and cement pipes, special attention shall be paid to prevent puncture after inflation.
3、 It is not easy to identify the sundries in the pipeline when there is water in the pipeline. In addition to clearing the pipeline, an additional maintenance should be added to the surface, such as putting a canvas cover on the surface, or using a pad no less than 4mm to add a package, otherwise, it is easy to be punctured by some sundries underwater.
4、 When the plugging operation is stopped in the sewage pipeline, the operation time in the pipeline should be shortened, preferably not more than 12 hours. The sewage usually contains some organic or inorganic chemical solvents. Long time immersion or external corrosion emulsification will reduce its strength and friction, which will affect the plugging construction.
5、 The pipes shall be placed in parallel to prevent curling and folding after inflation, so as to prevent the parts that cannot be opened at that time from being pressed too much and being stressed unevenly, and the instantaneous pressurized parts from bursting.
6、 When inflating with an inflating device, pressurization should be carried out slowly and stopped in stages. After a period of time, the pressure should be kept for a few minutes to make the interior conform to the change of air pressure. When it is used in pipes smaller than DN600, it is better to stop inflating with small or micro inflating devices. It is not easy to control the inflation speed with large inflating devices, It will lead to the destruction of the internal chain structure when there is no elasticity and it will lead to a break.
7、 Its main function is sealing. When encountering a pipe with water pressure slightly higher than its inflation pressure, artificial reinforcement measures should be stopped. The measures include: 1. Put a few sandbags on the back of the pipe when blocking water in the front to prevent it from moving in the pipe 2. Use a wooden bar to erect a cross to support the pipe wall to prevent sliding. 3. In case of reverse water plugging, the mesh similar to the building protective net shall be used to wrap it into a net pocket and tied with a rope before construction.
8、 When the internal pressure drops, the pointer of the pressure gauge will drop, and the pressure shall be supplemented in time.
