The blower can draw the hot air in the sound insulation box of the induced draft box into the furnace, which not only reduces the noise, but also solves the high temperature problem in the sound insulation box of the fan, and at the same time achieves the effect of energy conservation.
2. If conditions permit, the induced draft fan is installed in a sound insulation box, and the blower sends the heat emitted by the induced draft fan to the furnace.
3. Since the blower and induced draft fan are far away from each other, sound insulation and noise elimination treatment can be carried out for the blower and induced draft fan respectively. Sound insulation and noise elimination boxes and inlet and outlet silencers can be set up. The principle of negative pressure injection can be used for ventilation and cooling.
The above three methods can solve the problem of excessive temperature rise of induced draft fan, and achieve the effect of energy saving. Through the actual operation test, these schemes are effective and do not need any other energy and equipment, and can ensure that the temperature in the sound insulation box is lower than the indoor temperature, extending the service life of the induced draft fan and motor.
