Superiority of isolation performance of electric butterfly valve with double additional air chambers
The advantages of the isolation performance of the electric butterfly valve with double additional air chambers are mainly shown in the following four aspects:
1. The electric butterfly valve with double additional air chambers has periodic nonlinear characteristics, and its vibration isolation performance is better than that of the mechanical butterfly valve with linear characteristics
2. The change of the radius of the two orifices will affect the damping ratio of the electric butterfly valve. The maximum value of the damping ratio is first related to orifice I. When the radius of orifice I is large enough, it is related to orifice II
3. With the increase of the volume ratio of additional air chamber A to additional air chamber B, the damping ratio decreases; With the increase of the radius of orifice ⅱ, the damping ratio increases first and then decreases; No matter how the volume ratio of the additional air chamber changes, the radius of the orifice II producing the maximum damping remains unchanged
4. The double additional chamber electric butterfly valve has better vibration isolation effect than the single additional chamber electric butterfly valve
