1. Deformability test of electric butterfly valve.
The electric butterfly valve with hourglass type auxiliary butterfly valve was subjected to the lateral large displacement test of plus or minus 110mm, and there was no abnormal deformation phenomenon such as wrinkle leakage, while the electric butterfly valve with flat type auxiliary butterfly valve was prone to wrinkle phenomenon during the lateral large displacement test, which indicates that the adoption of hourglass type auxiliary butterfly valve has improved the adaptability of the electric butterfly valve system to lateral large deformation.
2. Fatigue test of electric butterfly valve
Torsional fatigue test with amplitude of plus or minus 60mm was carried out on the electric butterfly valve with hourglass auxiliary butterfly valve. After 600000 cycles of fatigue test, the electric butterfly valve still met the air tightness requirements. After disassembly, the surface inspection of the auxiliary butterfly valve did not find abnormal phenomena such as cracks, delamination and local bulges, which indicates that the hourglass auxiliary butterfly valve has sufficient fatigue resistance.
