The butterfly valve shock absorber is the center to maintain the life of other parts of the vehicle
Butterfly valve shock absorber is the center to maintain the life of other parts of the car. Why do you say so? In fact, because of the butterfly valve shock absorber, the car is much more stable in the driving process than the car without the butterfly valve shock absorber. In this way, the consumption of all parts of the car in a smooth driving car will be relatively low. Not only that, but also the role of buffering each component in shaking. So it can be said that the butterfly valve shock absorber is the center of maintaining the life of other parts of the car.
Since the butterfly valve shock absorber is so important for a car, its quality can directly affect the service life of the whole car. Therefore, it is also critical that we often check whether the butterfly valve shock absorber is good or bad. How to check whether the butterfly valve shock absorber is good or bad in the car?
1. Stop the car after driving 10 km on the road with poor road conditions, touch the shell of the butterfly valve damper with your hand. If it is not hot enough, it is clarified that there is no resistance inside the butterfly valve damper, and the butterfly valve damper does not work. At this time, take part in the appropriate lubricating oil, and then stop the test. If the shell is hot, it means that there is lack of oil inside the butterfly valve damper, and it should be filled with enough oil; Otherwise, the butterfly valve shock absorber is invalid;
2. Press the bumper firmly and then release it. If the car jumps 2-3 times, it indicates that the butterfly valve shock absorber works well;
3. When the vehicle drives slowly and brakes urgently, if the vehicle vibrates violently, it is clarified that there is a problem with the butterfly valve damper;
4. Dismantle the butterfly valve shock absorber to make it stand upright, clamp the lower connecting ring on the bench clamp, and pull and press the shock absorber rod several times. At this time, there should be stable resistance. Pull upward, and the resistance recovered should be greater than the resistance when pressing downward. If the resistance is unstable or no resistance, it may be the lack of oil in the butterfly valve shock absorber or the damage of valve parts. Stop repairing or changing parts. After confirming that there is a problem or failure of the butterfly valve shock absorber, check whether the butterfly valve shock absorber can leak oil or has traces of obsolete oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, first tighten the nut of the oil cylinder head. If the butterfly valve shock absorber still leaks oil, it may be the oil seal. The sealing washer is damaged and invalid, so it should be replaced with a new seal. If the oil leakage still cannot be eliminated, pull out the shock absorber rod. If you feel that there is a seizure or the weight is different, further check whether the clearance between the piston and the cylinder barrel is too large, whether the piston connecting rod of the butterfly valve shock absorber is bent, and whether the piston connecting rod surface and the cylinder barrel are scratched or pulled.
If there is no oil leakage from the butterfly valve damper, check whether there is any damage, desoldering, crack or scattered place in the butterfly valve damper connecting pin, connecting rod, connecting hole, bushing, etc. If the above inspection is normal, the butterfly valve damper shall be further synthesized to check whether the fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder barrel is too large, whether the cylinder barrel is strained, whether the valve seal is good, whether the valve clack and the valve seat fit tightly, and whether the stretched butterfly valve of the butterfly valve damper is too soft or broken. According to the condition, the method of grinding or replacing parts shall be adopted for repair.
In addition, the butterfly valve shock absorber will produce noise in practical application, which is mainly caused by the collision between the butterfly valve shock absorber and the steel plate butterfly valve, the frame or the shaft, the damaged or scattered rubber gasket, the deformation of the dust cylinder of the shock absorber, and the lack of oil.
