Maintenance method after using electric butterfly valve to extend its service life
1. After the electric butterfly valve is used, clean it with clean water. If the cement can not be washed away, carefully scrape it with a board or shield to avoid damage to the electric butterfly valve.
2. If the electric butterfly valve is not used temporarily, the outer layer of the core mold should be coated with talcum powder and placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent the electric butterfly valve from being punctured.
3. The electric butterfly valve shall not contact with fire source, oil and organic solvent, and shall not be placed together with sharp hard objects to prevent the electric butterfly valve from being punctured.
4. If air leakage is found in the electric butterfly valve, the surface of the valve can be roughened with a grinding wheel or a wooden file at the place to be repaired. After cleaning with gasoline, the valve can be repaired with adhesive covering film or adhesive tape.
