Classification of Dongfeng Electric Butterfly Valves
The electric butterfly valve is an ideal vibration isolation element. The electric butterfly valve is a non-metallic butterfly valve that adds pressure air into a flexible closed container and uses the nonlinear restoring force of air compression to achieve vibration isolation and buffering. It has excellent nonlinear hardness, so it can effectively limit amplitude, avoid resonance and prevent shock. The natural frequency of the electric butterfly valve vibration isolation system can be designed very low, even below 1Hz, while the natural frequency of the vibration isolator is generally 5-7Hz. Therefore, the vibration isolation efficiency of the electric butterfly valve is much higher than that of other vibration isolation elements, and it can isolate low-frequency vibration The electric butterfly valve vibration isolation system is easy to implement active control. As a vibration isolation element with adjustable nonlinear static and dynamic stiffness and damping, the electric butterfly valve is more and more widely used.
Classification of electric butterfly valves
At present, the classification methods of electric butterfly valves at home and abroad are very different, which are roughly as follows:
（1） Classification according to the number of curvature of cysts
The electric butterfly valve is divided into single (one), double (two), three,..., n curves according to the number of curves of the capsule, as shown in Figure 1-3 and Figure 1-4. With the increase of curvature number, the stiffness becomes smaller, and the natural frequency of the vibration isolation system of the electric butterfly valve also decreases accordingly. However, this not only brings trouble to the manufacturing, but also causes the elastic instability of the capsule, so generally only 4 coils are used.
