1. For sewage, rainwater and sewage confluence and rainwater pipes in collapsible soil and shrinking soil areas, the tightness test shall be stopped by using the closed water method before backfilling.
2. The test pipe section shall be separated by well spacing, and the length shall not be greater than 1km.
3. During closed water test of pipeline, the test pipe section shall conform to the following rules:
(1) The appearance quality of pipeline and inspection well has been accepted;
(2) The pipeline is not backfilled and there is no ponding in the trench;
(3) All reserved holes shall be blocked without water seepage;
(4) The bearing capacity of the blocking plates at both ends of the pipeline shall be greater than the combined force of water pressure after calculation; In addition to the reserved inlet and outlet pipes, they shall be blocked and consolidated without water seepage.
4. The closed water test of pipeline shall conform to the following rules:
(1) When the upstream design water head of the test section does not exceed the inner wall of the pipe top, the test water head shall be calculated by adding 2m to the inner wall of the pipe top upstream of the test section;
(2) When the upstream design head of the test section exceeds the inner wall of the pipe top, the test head shall be calculated by adding 2m to the upstream design head of the test section;
(3) . When the calculated experimental head is less than 10m, but has exceeded the wellhead of the upstream inspection well, the experimental head shall be subject to the wellhead height of the upstream inspection well; (4) The closed water test of pipeline shall be stopped according to the closed water method in Appendix B of this standard. (5) During the pipe tightness test, the appearance inspection shall be stopped, and there shall be no water leakage. If the following rules are met, the pipe tightness test is qualified; (6) The measured seepage volume is less than or equal to the allowable seepage volume in Table 10.3.5; (7) When the pipe inner diameter is larger than the pipe diameter specified in Table 10.3.5, the measured seepage volume shall be less than or equal to the allowable seepage volume calculated by the following formula
