The stainless steel pipe electric butterfly valve mainly has stability and corrosion resistance. Through reasonable design, pipe waveform parameters and fatigue life, correct installation and perfect stress analysis of pipe system, the stability of pipe can be solved.
Corrosion can be solved in two ways:
1: Reasonable pipe material selection and structural design of electric butterfly valve can block the corrosion source.
2: Strengthen the management of ponding in the chamber to fundamentally solve corrosion.
For the material selection of pipes used for heat supply network, in addition to the working medium, working temperature and external environment, the possibility of stress corrosion, the influence of water treatment agent and pipeline cleaning agent on materials, etc. shall also be considered. On this basis, the economical and practical pipe manufacturing materials shall be selected in combination with the welding and forming of pipe materials and the performance price ratio of materials. In general, the selected pipe materials shall meet the following conditions:
1: Good plasticity, convenient for processing and forming of pipes, and sufficient hardness and strength can be obtained through subsequent treatment processes (cold work hardening, heat treatment, etc.).
2: High elastic limit, tensile strength and fatigue strength ensure the normal operation of the pipe.
3: Good welding performance, satisfied with the welding process requirements in the production process of the pipe.
4: Good corrosion resistance, satisfying the working requirements of the pipe in different environments.
