Install the electric butterfly valve on the upper side of the base according to the pattern of the electric butterfly valve device of the auxiliary machine, check the adhesion of the electric butterfly valve and the support surface of the base, and request that the feeler gauge with a thickness of 0.1 mm cannot be inserted, but that with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm can be inserted in some positions, However, the scope of insertion shall not be greater than 35% of the perimeter of the bottom surface of the electric butterfly valve, and its depth shall not be greater than 20mm;
3. Draw the bolt hole line for fastening the electric butterfly valve on the bearing surface of the base and stop drilling at the same time. If the batch size is larger, first make an example according to the base of the machine to be assembled, place the example on the center of the bearing surface of the base, draw the bolt hole, and then start drilling, assuming that it is single or small in batch size, At this time, each electric butterfly valve can be temporarily installed on the base of the auxiliary machine, and then the auxiliary machine and the electric butterfly valve can be lifted to the base together. After the position of the electric butterfly valve is correctly placed according to the rules on the drawing, stop marking on the base according to the fastening bolt holes on the electric butterfly valve, and then lift the auxiliary machine and the electric butterfly valve together, and stop drilling on the base;
4. Fasten the electric butterfly valve on the base with the fastening bolts;
