The electric butterfly valve has unrestricted shape, large elastic deformation, easy realization of nonlinear requirements, and good vibration and sound insulation effect. Compared with butterfly valve, composite butterfly valve is limited by metal screw butterfly valve in appearance, with high linear requirements and heavy weight, but its advantages of large load bearing capacity are not comparable to pure butterfly valve. Strengths:
1. Unlimited, the stiffness in all directions can be freely selected according to the design requirements;
2. Although the modulus is small, large elastic deformation can be obtained, and ideal nonlinearity can be easily realized;
3. High internal resistance, which has good effect on absorption of sudden impact and high-frequency vibration and sound insulation;
4. The butterfly valve can bear multi-directional loads at the same time, thus simplifying the structure of the system;
5. It is easy to disassemble and need no lubrication, which is conducive to maintenance.
