4. The force is applied to overcome the floating and deviation of the electric butterfly valve: generally, the positioning reinforcement is used to fix the internal formwork of the electric butterfly valve. First, the circular anti floating reinforcement shall be pre bound according to the planned hollow direction and specification when binding the reinforcement. What is anti floating reinforcement? 8-10 mm, distance 50 cm. If necessary. Lower the anti floating reinforcement to a certain height, and add balloon internal formwork around the balloon to fix the positioning reinforcement. The diameter of positioning rebar is 10 and the spacing is 50cm. Secondly, in the process of concrete pouring, five strip steel plates shall be evenly padded on the roof of the electric butterfly valve. This method not only solves the problem of thickness and uniformity of web, but also improves the thickness and uniformity of roof.
