Test the common pneumatic ball valve as a comprehensive study of benchmark performance. For the dynamic stiffness of the pneumatic ball valve and the built-in external height valve and a loading frequency curve, the load displacement curve of the height measurement of the common pneumatic ball valve is analyzed and compared, and the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) Since the performance curves of the two types of pneumatic ball valves have the same changing trend and are consistent with the actual working conditions, it is feasible to test the performance of internal pneumatic ball valves based on the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic ball valves. It can be seen that the performance test method of high valve built-in pneumatic ball valve is consistent with that of ordinary pneumatic ball valve.
(2) Since the height valve is installed in the pneumatic ball valve, the exhaust port cannot be closed. The load displacement curve of the air valve installed in the height valve is different from that of the ordinary pneumatic ball valve. It is a pressure change curve. However, the performance test method of high valve pneumatic ball valve is closer to the actual working condition, and the results are more reliable.
(3) In view of the rationality of the above performance test methods, other test methods of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the high-pressure valve, such as running test, blasting test and fatigue test, are studied for reference.
