When the moisture in the flue gas inside the dust remover is high and the flue gas temperature is lower than its dew point at the same time, the moisture in the flue gas will condense on the inner wall of the dust removal filter bag, forming a wet layer, which will gradually condense. When it condenses to a certain degree, it will penetrate into the internal fiber layer, and with the increase of time, water will also infiltrate, It will become firm and difficult to remove.
2. Methods for bag type dust remover to prevent bag sticking:
(1) In the kiln drying stage, the ignition chimney on the top of the preheater must be used for exhaust, so as to better prevent the occurrence of the paste bag, because in the process of the cement production line, a large amount of moisture will escape, so that the dew point of the flue gas will increase, and then cool down, so that the paste bag is quite easy to appear.
(2) The amount of spray water from the humidification tower will be reduced, so that the temperature of flue gas entering the bag filter is always 20~30 ℃ higher than the dew point, which is also one of the methods to prevent the occurrence of bag pasting.
(3) When the flue gas temperature is too low, the ignition chimney should also be used;
3. The method of bag type dust remover to solve the problem of sticking bags:
First, the operating temperature should be increased to dry the filter bag, but attention should also be paid to avoid overheating, and the pressure of compressed air can also be increased. The time interval between the short pulse valves, between rooms and during the cycle cycle should preferably be 5-7 days. The continuous operation should be carried out until the normal state is restored. If the paste bag is quite serious, it can be directly considered to replace the cloth bag.
