Data of shock absorber for rail transit vibration reduction
It is known that shock absorbers have penetrated into various vehicles, not only that, but also that products related to shock absorbers have always been used in rail transit to reduce vibration and noise. We all know that the request for information is quite high for such a highly demanding project.
Data selection request:
(1) With good damping characteristics, the relative hysteresis value within the elastic range can reach 10~65%, and the ratio of dynamic modulus to static modulus is about 1.5;
(2) The elastic deformation is much larger than that of metal (up to 10000 times), and the elastic modulus is much smaller than that of metal (1/700 to 1/4000);
(3) The sound velocity of steel is 5000m/s, while that of steel is 40-200m/s.
Therefore, it has good shock absorption, sound insulation, relaxation and buffering performance. In order to effectively reduce the wheel rail force and improve the running performance of the system, and reduce the vibration and noise problems caused by high-speed and heavy load of the locomotive and the line system, modern rail transit uses a large number of elastic elements for traction, driving, connection, support, etc., to reach a higher request for warmth, stability, and speed.
