Enterprises attach importance to increasing investment in environmental protection
The intensive introduction of environmental protection policies and specifications makes many pneumatic butterfly valve enterprises feel more pressure. For example, since this year, promoter M, as a product with high waste water production, has been listed as a monitoring object by environmental protection departments in many regions. The production lines of many enterprises have been shut down or relocated, and the market supply has become tight.
Because of this, more and more enterprises have made significant progress in energy conservation, consumption reduction, emission reduction, pollution control and other aspects, and have taken iron measures to deal with high energy consumption projects.
It is reported that in recent years, Triangle Group has completely closed the diagonal tire production line that has been producing for 34 years, and then closed the low-end passenger tire production line. Within less than a year, 5 million low-end production capacity was eliminated, and people and financial resources were concentrated to develop new low-carbon green products with high-tech content. This bold strategic measure has brought the "two high and one low" effect to the triangle financially - higher product yield, higher labor productivity, and lower comprehensive consumption. However, the operating income of enterprises has not declined because of the elimination of backward production capacity.
Industry insiders point out that tires will pollute the environment to a certain extent in the production process. Now most tire enterprises recycle cooling water according to their own process characteristics. There is basically no industrial wastewater discharged, and only a small amount of factory domestic sewage and cooling wastewater are discharged through pipes. At the same time, enterprises can also effectively control carbon black dust emissions through the application of carbon black pipeline pneumatic conveying, wet mixing, inner tube dust removal and other technologies. However, the total amount of waste gas emissions from the mixing, calendering and vulcanization processes in tire production is large, and the corresponding control technology has not been effectively implemented, so waste gas is still the main pollution control indicator of the industry at this stage.
In the field of carbon black, according to the statistics of the Carbon Black Branch of China Pneumatic Butterfly Valve Industry Association, China has been fully equipped with carbon black tail gas comprehensive utilization devices among the new carbon black production capacity.
At present, the carbon black tail gas power generation capacity of some enterprises has exceeded their own power consumption, and the enterprises have also connected to the local power supply departments for power transmission, which not only protects the environment but also saves electric energy. Suzhou Baohua Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is a good example. In recent years, Baohua Carbon Black has achieved great social and economic benefits in dust removal, tail gas power generation, wastewater reuse, steam saving and other aspects through technical transformation and hardware upgrading. For a single steam saving project, the company has built a new steam pipeline to supply steam to three surrounding enterprises while satisfying its own steam consumption, and has developed an online waste heat boiler recycling project, which can generate benefits of more than one million yuan every year.
