Installation and operation instructions of cooling water tower
1. According to the foundation drawing provided by the manufacturer, first measure whether the foundation embedment is correct and whether the foundation is level and firm, otherwise, corresponding treatment or suspension of installation must be carried out.
2. After the foundation is checked and processed well, the installation of the lower iron frame shall be completed on the foundation in combination with the number of the lower iron frame and iron parts. The column bases of the lower iron frame may be installed in the center of the embedded steel plate, and the upper part of the lower iron frame shall be adjusted to be at the same level as far as possible.
3. The combination of installation basin and water tank is 15mm larger than the lower iron frame.
4. Do a good job of leakage prevention for the basin and water tank. See the installation instructions for the procedures.
5. The foot plate of the lower iron frame shall be welded firmly after alignment with the corresponding base plate, and fire safety shall be ensured at the same time.
6. Complete the installation of the upper iron frame according to the installation drawing of the upper iron frame and the iron part number.
7. Adjust the upper iron frame so that each frame surface is horizontal, and the vertical iron frame combination length, width, height and diagonal of each column meet the given size, and then tighten all screws.
8. Install the fan and motor according to the packing and other accessories, and carefully adjust them until they meet the design requirements.
