This problem is very common in valve transactions, and it is a problem that people must solve. How to select the type of valve according to the customer's data and parameters?
、 There are usually three flexibility schemes:
① Tension spring type;
② Thin flexible metal ring;
③ Flexible valve seat with rigidity and flexibility. The latter is the best, which has both flexibility to overcome thermal expansion and rigidity to stack wear-resistant alloy to improve the reliability of wear-resistant surface.
3. Soft sealing, good blocking effect, but not suitable for medium containing particles. Once scratched, leakage will be added sharply. Therefore, hard sealing shall be selected as far as possible when conditions permit. The full function ultra light valve can be hard sealed up to 10-7~10-8, and the triple pain butterfly valve can achieve zero leakage.
4. For erosion media containing particles, the valve core shall be considered to avoid direct erosion of high-speed media. Straight stroke valves and butterfly valves do not have this function, while full-featured ultra light valves prefer to rotate with this feature. In this case, the last two valves should be selected.
5. For hard sealing, there must be a hardness difference that meets the requirements. The same hardness data is "tit for tat", which is easy to scratch.
6. The thrust and stiffness of the actuator shall be increased to make it act naturally. According to the above analysis, the primary selection of pneumatic butterfly valve is as follows. The leakage rate, medium type, medium temperature, flow coefficient and other parameters as well as cost performance ratio should be summarized and considered when selecting pneumatic butterfly valve. In the following preferred order, hard sealing is considered first, and then soft sealing is considered.
