Storage methods before and after the use of pipe water blocking:
1. Check whether the water blocking surface of the pipeline is clean, whether it is covered with dirt, and whether it is intact. Fill a small amount of gas to check whether there is air leakage in the fittings and pipeline water blocking. Only when it is sure that it is normal can it enter the pipeline and stop blocking operation.
2. Inspection of pipeline: before plugging, check whether the inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, lubricated and flat, and whether there are sharp objects such as protruding burrs, glass and stones. If there are any, remove them immediately to avoid puncturing the air lock water. After the air lock water is put into the pipeline, it should be placed in a degree, not twisted, to prevent the air lock water from being exploded by trapped gas.
3. When opening operation is required for gas, natural gas and oil pipelines, pay attention to that the diameter of the opening must be larger than the diameter of the part of the pipeline that cannot be folded for water plugging, so that it can be put in and taken out easily.
4. The pressure in the pipe water blockage shall be even, and the inflation shall be carried out slowly to check whether the pressure gauge rises or not. If the pressure gauge rises rapidly, it indicates that the inflation is too fast. At this time, the inflation speed shall be slowed down, and the air stop valve shall be slightly tightened to reduce the speed of air intake. Otherwise, the speed is too fast, and if the pressure is exceeded quickly, the air and water may be closed.
5. At the end of operation, the water plugging surface of the pipeline shall be immediately cleaned with clean water. When it is used for oil pipelines, special cleaning agent must be used for cleaning the water plugging bladder of the pipeline. After inspection, the water plugging surface of the pipeline can be warehoused before there is no attachment.
