How should we install the pneumatic butterfly valve? What else should I pay attention to when installing?
1. The pneumatic butterfly valve shall be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the pump unit. Pneumatic butterfly valves can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise.
2. When there are six installation points for the pneumatic butterfly valve of the unit, four of them shall be arranged at the four corners of the inert block or section steel base, and the other two shall be arranged on the long side line, and their positions shall be adjusted to make the compression deformation of the pneumatic butterfly valve as consistent as possible.
3. When installing damper ball valve vibration isolator for horizontal water pump unit, in general, the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be fixed with the ground, inert block or section steel base by connecting nuts.
4. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is installed under the base of the water pump unit, it shall be equipped with a steel frame and anchored; The section steel base and the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be fixed with bolts (with ball valve gasket). The foundation bolts shall be set in the ground or floor, and the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be fixed on the ground or floor through the foundation bolts.
5. The side line of the pneumatic butterfly valve shall not exceed the side line of the inert block; The supporting area of the section steel frame shall not be less than the area of the pneumatic butterfly valve.
6. Before construction and installation, it shall be checked in time. During installation, the static compression deformation of pneumatic butterfly valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
7. When installing the pump unit, the supporting ground for installing the pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing capacity.
8. The pneumatic butterfly valve of the unit shall avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances.
