Different from the ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve, the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the height valve is an integrated structure formed by setting the height valve inside the pneumatic butterfly valve. Due to its special structure, there is no special method to test the performance of pneumatic butterfly valve with this structure. In order to get the performance test method of the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the height valve and avoid the damage of the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the height valve due to improper side test method, the performance test of the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the cab mounted height valve of a car was stopped. The test shall be stopped according to the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve. The load displacement curve and the dynamic stiffness loading frequency curve of ordinary pneumatic butterfly valves with built-in and external height valves were measured. According to the comparison and analysis of the test results, it can be found that the variation of the performance curves of the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the height valve and the ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve tends to be different, and the measured curves match the practical driving conditions. It is feasible to refer to the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve to test the stop performance of the pneumatic butterfly valve built into the height valve. It can be seen that the performance test method of the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the height valve is different from that of the ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve.
