When combustible liquid medium is used for test, its flash point shall not be lower than 50 ℃. The test pressure of aboveground industrial steel pipes and non-ferrous metal pipes under internal pressure shall be 1.5 times of the design pressure, and the test pressure of buried steel pipes shall be 1.5 times of the design pressure, and shall not be less than 0.4MPa. For natural gas pipelines with design pressure greater than 0.6MPa, water shall be used as the medium for strength and tightness tests. After the electric ball valve passes the pressure test, it shall be purged or cleaned according to the design or specification requirements. Purging of electric ball valve. The cleaning methods include water flushing, air purging, steam purging, chemical cleaning and oil cleaning. Liquid or gas pipelines with nominal diameter greater than or equal to 600mm should be cleaned manually; Liquid pipelines with nominal diameter less than 600mm should be flushed with water; Air purging should be adopted for gas pipelines with nominal diameter less than 600mm. Steam pipes shall be purged with steam, and non thermal pipes shall not be purged with steam. Drinking water, industrial water, clarified water or steam condensate can be used for flushing according to the working medium and material of the pipeline. When flushing austenitic stainless steel pipeline, the chloride ion content in the water shall not exceed 25ppm.
