1. For the installation of electric ball valve, loosen the middle gland nut to make the sealing ring almost inoperable, and then adjust the short pipe with the size of 1/2 Δ L is the best, then adjust the joint, remove the first nut of the stud, make the pipe go through the center, and make the head of the stud align with the pipe flange hole, then one end can be installed.
2. The nuts shall be pressurized symmetrically and tightened gradually. 　
3. Install the flange at the other end, and so on. 　
4. Compress the gland nuts symmetrically and gradually to fit.
5. When the electric ball valve works, if it is found that the local sealing is not tight, the gland nut can be pressed locally until there is no leakage. If the sealing at both ends is not tight, gradually tighten the nuts at both ends of the flange until there is no leakage. Connection mode: flange type, working pressure: 0.6-1.6MPA, nominal diameter: 100-3200mm, using medium: water and sewage. Service temperature: normal temperature, sealing material: NBR, manufacturing standard: GB/T12465-2002. During installation, adjust the installation length of both ends of the product and flanges. Tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to make them a whole. During operation, the axial thrust can be transmitted to positive pipes.
