Notice after use of pneumatic butterfly valve:
(1) The pneumatic butterfly valve shall be washed with clean water after use, and the cement attached shall be carefully scraped off with a blunt instrument;
(2) When not in use, the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be placed in a ventilated and dry place to avoid direct sunlight;
(3) Pneumatic butterfly valve shall not contact with heavy oil, petroleum and other organic solvents;
(4) Special attention shall be paid to prevent nails, rebar heads and other sharp hard objects from puncturing the core mold during on-site use;
(5) If the pneumatic butterfly valve has air leakage, sealing film falling off, etc., the place to be repaired can be roughened with a wooden file, coated with glue, covered with film for repair, and the torn place should be covered with adhesive tape for repair. The repaired core mold shall be subject to inflation test, and can be put into normal use after confirming that there is no air leakage.
