Precautions for installation of electric ball valve: 1. The installation length of electric ball valve is calculated based on the outside of the valve sealing surface at both ends of the ball, and the product does not have flow direction;
2. It is forbidden to conduct hydraulic test when the connecting bolts of each part are not fastened;
3. It is forbidden to open the connecting bolt between the electric ball valve and the pipeline during the water pressure test and operation stages;
4. It is prohibited to pre stretch the installation beyond the natural length of the electric ball valve;
5. The pipeline must be provided with fixed support or fixed bracket, and the force of the fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force. During vertical installation and overhead installation, corresponding fixed supports and forced supports shall be installed at both ends of the product to prevent pulling off under working pressure.
