2、 Determine whether there is residue, welding penetration, etc. in the pipeline, and be sure to purge the pipeline clean.
3、 Check the factory nameplate of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve, and carry out multiple actual operations of opening and closing the pneumatic pipeline ball valve to ensure that the valve can work normally. Then check every key point of the valve in an all-round way to ensure that the valve is intact.
4、 Remove the maintenance covers on both sides of the valve, check whether the valve body is clean, and clean the inner wall of the valve body. Because the protruding surface of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve is spherical, even slight dirt will cause damage to the protruding surface. The principle of pneumatic ball valve is to make the valve smooth or narrow by rotating the valve.
