With the development of the pipeline installation industry, we are more and more exposed to the electric ball valve. When we use it, we must know some knowledge. Here, the manufacturers disclose the three basic points of the electric ball valve:
1. The electric ball valve is mainly composed of body, telescopic sleeve, gland, sealing ring and bolt. The expansion body, expansion sleeve and gland are made of 16MnR, and the sealing ring is sealed with nitrile valve, which has good water tightness and air tightness. The fasteners are nickel base stainless steel, with strong wear and corrosion resistance and long service life.
2. The structural length of the electric ball valve is the minimum length when it leaves the factory, and the gland bolts of the sealing ring are tight. During installation, they should be pulled to the installation length. After installation, the gland bolts should be fastened in time; When it is used to connect valves, the electric ball valve can be adjusted to the required length, but it shall not exceed the scope of expansion and contraction. If it is used to compensate the displacement caused by the temperature difference of the pipeline, it must be adjusted to the installation length at room temperature during installation; The electric ball valve can be installed on any position of the pipeline, but it should be located behind the valve when used to connect the valve; For longer or heavier pipelines, movable supports shall be set near the electric ball valve to ensure the normal operation of the electric ball valve; After installation, the gland bolts of the electric ball valve shall be fastened in time. Pay attention to the tightness. The tightness shall be adjusted according to the working pressure of the pipeline. Too tight or too loose will affect the sealing effect, expansion and flexibility. At the same time, the limit bolts shall be fixed in time to prevent them from pulling out during use.
3. The electric ball valve and butterfly valve are used together to compensate the position and angle error of the pipeline flange through the axial expansion and radial angular displacement between the two flange faces, eliminate the internal stress of the pipeline caused by the temperature difference of the pipeline, and bring great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pipeline.
