3、 Assembled from scratch
1. Clean and check the removed parts, and replace the valve seat, bonnet gasket and other sealing elements. 　　
2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 　　
3. Insert and lock the flange connecting bolts with regular torque. 　　
4. Lock the valve stem nut with regular torque. 　　
5. After the actuator of the pneumatic ball valve is installed, the corresponding signal is input to drive the valve core to rotate through the rotating valve rod, so that the valve can reach the opening and closing positions. 　　
6. If possible, please conduct pressure seal test and function test on the valve according to relevant specifications before reinstalling the pipeline.
