At present, electric butterfly valve, as a component used to realize on-off and flow control of pipeline system, has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower and so on. In the known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form is mostly sealing structure, and the sealing materials are rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other industries.

There are various types of control systems for industrial production processes, such as simple control systems, complex control systems, etc. Each control system includes controlled variables, manipulation variables and corresponding control laws. The controlled variables are the process variables that need to be controlled, such as the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger, the outlet pressure of the pump, etc. In order to keep the controlled variable consistent with the expected set value, a control means is required, such as steam flow, bypass flow of pump, etc. The reason why the controlled variable deviates from the set value is that there is interference in the production process, such as the fluctuation of steam pressure, the change of pump speed, etc. Generally, the variable used for regulation is called the control variable. A simple control system consists of detection elements and transmitters, controllers, actuators and controlled objects. Detection elements and transmitters are used to detect controlled variables and convert detection signals into standard signals. For example, thermal resistance converts temperature changes into resistance changes, and temperature transmitter converts resistance signals into standard air pressure or current and voltage signals.
