Introduction to the use of cooling water tower
1、 Address selection
1. Avoid installing in waterproof passages, high walls that are easy to reflect the volume, and install them in rooms or places with ventilation.
2. When two or more cooling towers are used together, pay attention to the tower body spacing.
3. It shall not be installed in places with external walls or airtight places on all sides, and attention shall be paid to the distance between the tower body and external walls.
4. Avoid installing in places with soot and dust to prevent the film from blocking.
Keep away from the kitchen and boiler room and wait in hot places.
2、 Key points of installation technology
1. The foundation shall be horizontal and not inclined, and the center line of the cooling tower shall be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, otherwise the operation of the motor will be affected.
2. Support shall be adjusted for cooling water inlet and outlet pipes above 175t.
3. When two or more water pumps are used, a balance water pipe shall be added between the unevenness.
4. The circulating water inlet and outlet shall be connected by valve throat.
5. The fan blades of the cooling water tower shall be consistent with the tower wall clearance, and the gap between two sides and three sides shall not be too large. If any problem is found, it shall be solved in a timely manner.
6. The motor and reducer shall be regularly checked and maintained, and the reducer shall be checked for oil level.
3、 Pre use inspection
1. Check whether all screws are tight and whether there are sundries in the tower.
2. Whether the fan and water spraying system rotate smoothly.
3. Check whether the power supply is consistent with the motor voltage.
4. Check whether the belt assembly is installed correctly.
5. Open the make-up valve to fully fill the basin and water pipe, and the water level is 25 mm lower than the full throat.
6. When starting, start the fan before the water pump, check the wind direction and supply air volume, and adjust them in time until they meet the requirements.
7. When stopping, stop the fan first and then the water pump.
