Electric ball valve is widely used in power pipeline of steel, petrochemical, metallurgy and other industries due to its advantages such as simple piping, low support engineering cost, high temperature and high pressure, long service life, easy maintenance and management, etc. There are three basic displacement forms of electric ball valve, namely axial, horizontal and angular electric ball valve.
The so-called selection of electric ball valve is to combine the installation layout, spatial environment and stress conditions of the project pipeline, decompose the complex pipeline system into linear, L-shaped and Z-shaped typical pipe sections, and then convert the complex pipeline system into simple pipeline system, calculate the thermal displacement, and select the corresponding type of electric ball valve to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system. When the electric ball valve is used for sectional thermal compensation of the pipe section, in principle, only one linear displacement electric ball valve or a group of angular (angular, angular plus transverse) electric ball valves can be set in a pipe section.
