The test of non pneumatic ball valve can be conducted separately or continuously after the axial displacement test is completed and the sample shape is restored. Use the mechanical force perpendicular to the axis to pull the sample radially to the specified radial displacement and fix it. Apply the product working pressure to the sample at the boosting speed for at least 1min, and check the sample of the non pneumatic ball valve for leakage, cracking or abnormal deformation and damage.
Install the flat flange cover with exhaust valve on one end of the sample of the non pneumatic flexible pneumatic ball valve placed straightly to form a free end.
The other end is equipped with a flat flange cover with a conduit, which is connected to the outlet of the hydraulic pump and fixed on the test bench. Fill the sample with low pressure water or saponified liquid to exhaust the air, and close the exhaust valve to stop the pump. Adjust the axis of the sample and fix the free end. Measure and record the initial test length of the sample parallel to the axis. After preparation, apply mechanical force in the axis direction of the non pneumatic ball valve to stretch or compress the sample to the specified elongation or compression amount and fix it. The pressure rise speed shall apply the working pressure of the product to the sample for at least 1min, and check the non pneumatic ball valve for leakage, cracking, abnormal deformation and other damages.
