Product features

GID electric high vacuum butterfly valve refers to the valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure. It is a sealed butterfly valve with zero leakage. It is mainly used to connect or cut off the air flow in the pipeline in the vacuum system, or adjust the air flow. Generally, the working medium is air and non corrosive gas. The electric high vacuum butterfly valve uses the actuator to drive the valve stem to drive the disc plate to control the opening, closing or middle position of the valve, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting off the air flow in the vacuum pipeline. The valve uses a clamping structure to clamp the sealing ring of the valve plate, which can be used not only in the vacuum state, but also in the low-pressure state.
Electric vacuum butterfly valves can be divided into three categories according to the working pressure:
 
Low vacuum valve: absolute pressure is 101325~0.133Pa
High vacuum valve: absolute pressure 0.133~1.33 × 10-6Pa
Ultra high vacuum valve: absolute pressure is 1.33 × 10-6~1.33 × 10-10Pa
Features of electric high vacuum butterfly valve:
1. The bearing adopts self-lubricating bearing, with small friction resistance.

1. Vacuum valve for petrochemical industry
