Product features

The electric midline butterfly valve (concentric butterfly valve) adopts the midline structure design. The center of the valve plate and the center of the valve body are concentric, that is, the axis of the valve stem, the center of the butterfly plate and the center of the valve body are all at the same position, forming the center symmetry on both sides. The axis line of the valve stem and the center plane of the butterfly plate are in the same plane and perpendicular to the center line of the valve body pipeline. The connection methods are: pair clamp, single clamp, flange.
Principle of electric midline butterfly valve:
 
The valve rod of the electric midline butterfly valve is placed vertically with the butterfly plate. The valve rod passes through the center of the butterfly plate. When the valve is closed, the outer sealing surface of the valve plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat by rotating the valve plate. The synthetic rubber valve seat produces the sealing pressure formed by elastic deformation and elastic force to ensure the sealing of the valve.
Structural features of electric midline butterfly valve:
 
1. The valve can be designed as flange connection, wafer connection and single clip connection.
2. The same rod can be designed as a through rod, a pin and a hexagonal head connection structure of two sections of rods.
3. Since the sealing surface of the valve seat is integrated with the backrest, the deformation of the valve seat is reduced.
4. The rotating center of the butterfly plate (i.e. the center of the valve stem) is located on the centerline of the valve body and the sealing surface section of the butterfly plate.
5. The valve seat is made of synthetic rubber. When closing, the outer sealing surface of the butterfly plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat to make the valve seat elastic and form elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the butterfly valve.
