Product features

The electric fluorine lined stop valve (J941F46) is a kind of anti-corrosion valve with high strength and good corrosion resistance. It is mainly used to control the pipeline containing corrosive media at different temperatures for switching off. The shell of the electric fluorine lined stop valve is made of investment casting. The valve chamber, valve body, valve cover, valve clack and other parts (that is, where they will contact with chemical media) are lined or coated with excellent corrosion resistant materials (fluoroplastics). The molding lining molding technology is used to make the valve have both metal strength and corrosion resistance. The electric fluorine lined stop valve is not suitable for flow regulation to prevent the pressure flow of pipeline medium from damaging the sealing surface.

Features of electric fluorine lined stop valve:

Instructions for electric fluorine lined stop valve:
1. The flange cover plate of the electric fluorine lined stop valve cannot be opened at will. Unless it is ready to connect with the pipeline, the PTFE flange surface may be scratched or distorted due to temperature difference and foreign matters, which may affect the sealing. If the cover plate is moved due to inspection needs, the cover plate must be reset immediately after inspection to protect the PTFE flange surface.
2. When the fluorine lined stop valve is connected with the pipeline, the gasket is generally not used alone, but when it is connected with the flange surface of different materials (metal surface, etc.), appropriate gaskets should be used to protect the PTFE flange surface.
3. During the use of the system, if leakage occurs at a higher temperature, the system temperature shall be reduced to room temperature first, then the cause shall be found out and maintenance shall be carried out.
4. It is not allowed to do any high-temperature welding work on the fluorine lined stop valve to avoid permanent damage to the lining layer.
5. It is not suitable for use in granular pipeline medium to prevent the sealing surface from being scratched or damaged, which may lead to valve leakage and danger.
