Product features

Electric high temperature and high pressure stop valve, also known as power station stop valve, is applicable to the pipeline of various systems in thermal power plants to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. Compared with other valve products, it is characterized by high temperature and high pressure, and unique self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing. The electric high-pressure stop valve is connected to the pipeline by butt welding. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions with a nominal pressure of PN16~32MPa and a working temperature of ≤ 550 ℃. It is mainly used in the pipelines of various systems such as iron and steel, chemical industry, metallurgy, thermal power plant, etc. to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. In addition to local operation, it can also be operated remotely.
 
Performance characteristics of electric high-pressure stop valve:
 
1. High pressure electric stop valve adopts pressure self tightening seal, and both ends of branch pipe of valve body are welded.
2. The sealing surfaces of valve seat and valve clack are made of cobalt base carbide by plasma spray welding, with good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
3. The valve rod is subject to corrosion resistant nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
5. The reverse seal is made of threaded connection seal seat or the body is welded with austenitic stainless steel, and the seal is reliable. The replacement of filler can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick, and does not affect the system operation.
