Product features

The electric high pressure ball valve is composed of a high pressure ball valve with a three section forged valve body and an electric actuator. It is divided into an electric internal thread high pressure ball valve and an electric flange high pressure ball valve. The valve forgings can withstand high pressure, hydraulic pressure and high temperature. At the maximum working pressure, they can maintain good sealing performance and compression uniformity, especially suitable for special working conditions of high temperature and high pressure. In the absence of specific requirements, the material of valve body shall be stainless steel 304 or above. The electric actuator can be configured according to the use requirements to carry out on-off two position control or proportional adjustment for the medium.
In order to improve the ability of electric high-pressure ball valve to resist erosion and wear, anti-corrosion materials are usually selected:
