Product features

The electric three piece ball valve (electric internal thread ball valve) is assembled from the left and right valve housings and the middle valve body. Four long bolts cross the three valve housings and tightly clamp the middle valve body from both ends. The biggest advantage of the electric three piece ball valve is that it is particularly easy to disassemble. When the valve fails or needs maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the thread of the pipeline. Instead, the four bolts can be directly removed to take out the middle part of the valve body. It not only reduces the probability of failure, but also improves the work efficiency, especially suitable for working conditions with small mechanical volume and narrow space.
Principle of electric three piece ball valve:
 
The sealing performance of the three piece electric ball valve is reliable, and the pressure it bears is high. Its action principle is to drive the valve core to rotate 90 degrees through the power supply voltage of the electric actuator, so as to open and cut off the medium. It can be designed to control the medium with a two position switch, and can also realize the proportional adjustment of the medium flow, pressure, temperature and other parameters in the pipeline.
