Product features

The electrically welded gate valve (Z961Y power station gate valve) is composed of a welded gate valve equipped with an electric actuator. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the middle part is a self tightening type without valve cover pressure. The valve stem is driven up and down by the power supply of the electric device to control the opening and closing of the gate valve. Electric welding gate valve is mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure occasions such as water, steam, oil products, superheated steam pipelines, etc., and the pressure is generally within PN25.0MPa. It has the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It can not only be operated locally, but also be controlled remotely.

Installation and maintenance of electric welding gate valve:
1. When the gate valve is welded with the pipeline, the valve should be opened, and the neck should be properly protected with moisture to minimize high temperature heat conduction to prevent damage to the sealing packing.
2. When closing the valve, it is strictly prohibited to use a force lever. When the ram is closed to the top, the hand wheel should rotate 1/2 circle to make the ram floating.
3. During the use of the gate valve, a certain amount of grease shall be regularly injected into the valve cap grease injection joint.
4. If the valve leaks due to wearing parts during use, it shall be replaced in time.
5. During the maintenance of the valve, the inner chamber shall be cleaned, and the transmission parts shall be greased during assembly.
6. During the storage and shutdown of valves, the ram shall be in the closed position, and the valves shall be placed in a ventilated and dry place for long-term storage. Regular inspection and maintenance shall be carried out.
